Thursday 1st Nov - Dubai Family Forum: Paediatrician
from Welcare at the Al Areesh Club. Sponsored morning
with complimentary refreshments while meeting the
Paediatrician and other parents.

Monday 5th Nov - Biolite Dubai Tour - following its
success in the UK, now at Healthcare City, join the
Madams for a personal tour of this new skin clinic.

Thursday 8th Nov - Madams will have the chance to
view collections from Meeting Loves Sports dance &
leisurewear range Made in Italy, at the Al Areesh Club.

Monday 12th Nov - Mamzar Beach, relax chat and
picnic.

Thursday 15th - Caribou Coffee, Uptown Mirdif
15% off total bill for members.

Monday 19th Nov -  Nutritionist Stephanie at the
Al Areesh Club -will present "Staying healthy as you age"
and "Health and how you measure up - really?".

Thursday 22nd Nov - free Salsa-cise at the
Al Areesh Club: try out this new fun way to get fit
or just come along for coffee and chat.

for bargains.

Thursday 27th Sept - Al Areesh Club 10am-12noon
sponsored coffee morning by Global Eye who will give
a presentation.

Monday 1st Oct - Morning at Park Hyatt Hotel 10am with
a tour of Amara Spa at 11am.
The Director of the Spa will personally guide us.

Oct 8th - Spa date at Akaru Spa, please email for special
packages.

Oct 15th - Eid holidays so activities with kids off from
school.

Oct 22nd - Introduction to Tennis by E-Sport at Aviation
Club followed by a coffee and chat.

Tuesday 23rd Oct  - live cooking demonstration followed by
lunch at Cafe Chic, Le Meridien Hotel: famous and popular
yearly event, get some cooking tips and enjoy a delicious
lunch afterwards among friends. Details to follow.

Monday 29th Oct  - Breakfast Outdoors at the Boardwalk,
Dubai Creek and Golf Club: choose one of their breakfast
options or simply a coffee.

Thursday 1st Nov - Dubai Family Forum: Paediatrician

This Thursday December 7, we will meet for the last time this year at
Uptown Mirdif Le Pain Quotidien around same time 9:30-10 am.

I think then meeting 1 time a week will be enough since we will have to get
ready for the Festive Season.

Madams Club is made up of mums like myself that have kids in school the whole morning (or no kids, pregnant) and would like to chat, relax, make new friends and maybe do even something more with the Madams, i.e. proper breakfast, listen to guest speakers, relax by the pool or beach, take a stroll in the Malls, play a round of Golf, catch a movie, go Bowling, morning at the Health Spa or Nail Spa and much more. The Madams Club started in October 2006 and met on Sundays. It soon became so popular that they now meet on Thursdays too at 'Le Pain Quotidien' at Uptown Mirdif. They have a very varied range of activities and are always ready to welcome new members.
